Minecraft is a program that uses Java. Unfortunately, blocking Java might conflict with other applications that aren't supposed to be blocked. If you'd like to continue anyway, simply add the following files to the block list:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\MinecraftLauncher.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\java.exe
