Unfortunately, no.
Mobile operating systems are too restrictive in what they let developers do for security reasons. There will not be a version that syncs settings between all devices.
Additionally, since we don't collect any of your data, we also don't sync settings or statistics between desktops. You can export your blocks by going to the Blocks tab and then clicking the little grey button with three lines in it.
